Towards Middle Ear Diagnostics Using Low-Cost Optical Coherence Tomography

Real-time in-vivo TM imaging and thickness estimation (≈ 90 μm) using a low-cost line-field SD-OCT. Demonstrates capability for structural imaging, nanometer-scale vibration mapping, and linear amplitude response validation.
